During this critical time on the human planet, one thing is clear:
We are in desperate need of more women's stories. Stories of ache and longing. Stories of success and expansion. Stories of challenges and resilience.
YOUR stories.
If we are to create meaningful impact and change the world to one that is more conducive to women's psychology, to one that allows women to thrive in their birthright of existence, to one where equality and honoring all spectrums of gender expression are a reality, we must bring our full stories out of our heads and into the conversation.
We must present our complete expression.
We must offer our biggest contribution.
Stepping into your visibility + spotlight is not an individual concern, it's a collective imperative.
But here's where we get stuck.
Because of the patriarchal mindset and our often limited upbringing, we were not taught how to express our stories, our needs, our declarations to the world.
Instead we were taught to take up as little space as possible, to keep our mouths shut, and to work tirelessly at the mercy of other people.
And yet there is a nagging feeling within us that we could be more. That we don't have to live with the imposter syndrome forever. That our most brilliant work is on the other side of our inadequacies.
It's time to listen to that call, sister.
Because it is the rise of women's voices that will change the world.
SO WHO AM I?
Every time I tried to live and share my truth, I would be consumed with a ravenous hunger to binge eat.
My name is Thais Sky and for many painful years, I believed I had to be quiet and skinny to be accepted. I experienced deep shame and guilt on a daily basis for being the expressive, vivacious woman I was craving to be.
And every time I tried to speak... I would hear a thundering voice telling me I was stupid, I was not smart enough, and how dare I try to be someone.
I spent years reading all of the books, hiding behind the need to have a perfect website before putting my work out in the world, and pretending like I was running a successful business while constantly feeling like a failure.
It wasn't until I gathered the courage to address the worthiness wound that everything changed.
Perhaps like many emerging leaders and entrepreneurs, you don't feel ready to own your spotlight.
But I am guessing you have a nagging suspicion that you may never feel ready. That it may never quite feel like the right time. That this desire won't go away.
That's exactly why I created this masterclass. And you're exactly for whom I created it for.
THAIS' OWN YOUR SPOTLIGHT MASTERCLASS WAS POWERFUL.
It was filled with deeply profound truths and ah-ha moments. Thais held beautiful space for each woman to transform in her own way over the course of the workshop. I felt held, seen, heard, uplifted, inspired and most importantly, excited to have my voice heard in an even bigger way! - Amber Rochelle
