 SIn

THAIS ALLOWED ME TO HOLD UP A MIRROR TO MYSELF WITHOUT FEAR OR JUDGMENT.

Because of that I have started to feel less guilty and more honest with myself and others. I think Thais could help anyone achieve greater confidence and inner peace. Because of Thais I feel more like myself than I have in years. Being bold is scary but it has helped me be truer to myself. During our time together I have been more accountable to myself… having someone, a lifeline, has been amazing and freeing. The whole time, I kept thinking, "Thais just gets it."  - Alexa S.

A Note from Thais:

My personal healing that has spanned over a decade, coupled with
education in neurology, cognitive psychology, and trauma work, has led me to create a comprehensive model that explores and offers tools/skills to heal the pervasive sense of unworthiness within women that I call the worthiness wound.

My vision for my organization is to make this model readily accessible so the world may see the power of the worthy woman.

The journey for me started when I fell into an unhealthy cycle of
depression, overexercising and emotional eating. This painful awakening lead me to an intense path of spiritual growth, long-term therapy, yoga/meditation studies and ultimately into the heroine's journey of coming into my full self-expression.

Recently, I found a piece of paper from a few years ago of a drawing of a little girl with a big heart to represent this energy of womanhood within me. Inside that heart it read, “ahhhhh yesss, I am enough.”

What I love about that drawing is that I intuitively knew then that
reclaiming our womanhood in an overwhelmingly misogynistic culture would be the path to finally feeling worthy and enough in our leadership.

This is the opposite of the hungry, wounded, unworthy woman. It is a woman who stands in her power, who expresses her truth freely, who feels deeply and loves fully. A confident, unapologetic woman with a compassionate gaze and a bold, open heart.

I am here to dismantle the worthiness wound and shift the story from the objectified woman to the embodied, worthy woman. Welcome.
