 SIn

THAIS ALLOWED ME TO HOLD UP A MIRROR TO MYSELF WITHOUT FEAR OR JUDGMENT.

Because of that I have started to feel less guilty and more honest with myself and others. I think Thais could help anyone achieve greater confidence and inner peace. Because of Thais I feel more like myself than I have in years. Being bold is scary but it has helped me be truer to myself. During our time together I have been more accountable to myself… having someone, a lifeline, has been amazing and freeing. The whole time, I kept thinking, "Thais just gets it."  - Alexa S.

A Note from Thais:

I am a white appearing Latinx immigrant with Jewish and African descent. I am also cis-gendered, college-educated, currently able-bodied, hetero woman living on land stolen from the Tongva people, now known as Los Angeles.

My commitment is in the liberation of women. My personal healing that has spanned over a decade, coupled with education in spirituality, women's
psychology, and trauma work, has led me to become passionate about
supporting women know, trust and express themselves unapologetically by giving them the tools to untangle deeply entrenched wounds and patterns, dismantle cultural conditioning and come home to themselves. We’re talking reclamation. We’re talking sovereignty. We’re talking radically loving our humanness.

I do this through 1-1 coaching work, group programs, and various digital
offerings, including my podcast, RECLAIM. Recently a client shared this with me after our work together: “I am beginning to feel like the person I was born to be, and that is the greatest thing. I am free.” That’s the shit I am talking about.

I was born to speak truth and teach love and my gemini sun / gemini mercury / aquarius north node mix means I will not stop calling out injustices
including anything to do with patriarchy, white supremacy and cishet
normative culture. None of us are free until ALL of us are free.

So you won’t see a lot of love + light stuff here, or talks of manifestation or
ascension or “six figures in six days” or any sort of lifestyle marketing. I share my journey of walking away from that stuff on my blog, if you’re curious to know more.

What you will get is my continual commitment to find the intersection of
spirituality and feminism… and conversations on how we can bring our love to soften us into our humanity, and why the personal is very much political, and the ways in which staying in our bodies and bringing kindness inward is key, and what we can do to address the pervasive sense of unworthiness
within us.

Because I believe that reclaiming our worth is a radical act. Welcome!
