Mentorship

group mastermind support for coaches who want to build ethical, thriving businesses doing deep transformative work

You love your work as a depth coach.
(Taking people deeper into themselves is where you thrive)

It’s why you took that expensive coaching certification program, built a website, created a social media presence, and overcame a lot of fears about what it means to do this work.

And now, as your grapple with growing your business to the next level (whether that’s increasing your income so you can finally quit your job or expanding the number of humans you support in your individual and group containers), you may find yourself wanting more

More guidance on growing, marketing and sustaining an ethical practice so you don’t look like every other coach out there.

More synthesizing of all the tools you have so you can find your own coherent coaching competence (there is a difference between learning tools and knowing how to apply them skillfully).

More support on how to do this work effectively and thoughtfully so you can facilitate transformation and navigate multifarious challenges that inevitably come up when you are working with other humans.

This is where I come in.

If you’re anything like me, you became a space holder because you love people, and want to offer them the same healing tools that have supported you in your life.

The unspoken narrative of our hyper individualistic culture is that once you get your credentials and complete a handful of trainings, you are on your own to do this work. For coaches especially, this narrative is perpetuated by the lack of spaces to get support on the complexity of the coaching work… almost everything in the industry is oriented strictly towards building your business… as if the actual coaching work is not as important. What if you could do both?

Because what’s the point of growing your business if you are neglecting what you love most in your business?

I want to challenge this problematic notion.

Because what would be possible in your marketing, in your income, in your confidence to promote yourself if…

… there was a nourishing space for you to deepen your healing capacity with other like-minded humans?

… you didn’t have to figure every part of growing a practice — from content creation to back-end systems to sitting with people, etc — all out by yourself (while maybe secretly worried that you are terrible at this)?

… you could get support around every aspect of what it means to show up, not because you are inadequate or a “bad”, but because you love this work and want to do right by it?

Group Mentorship is an opportunity for you to deepen masterful capacity to do powerful healing work with youR clients while also increasing your skill and confidence as an entrepreneur (no matter your experience level), All in a supportive, creative container with other like-minded practitioners.

My experience of building a thriving, sustainable, six-figure practice over the past decade coupled with my knowledge and experience in clinical psychology have inspired me to create a container to support you (whatever type of healer you are) continue to develop professionally in every aspect of business building.

I have seen it all and done it all and want to support you in finding what works for you.

Because sure… you could do this work alone. But what if you didn’t have to?

Depth work requires something more from us than
just giving tools.

You like working in the emotions.

You like getting to the core of things.

You like tending to the deep wounds in a person’s psyche.

This requires us to be comfortable with murky, messy, complicated feel-states within ourselves and our clients. We cannot rush our client’s healing. And tools can only take us so far.

But being invited into the most intimate challenges and experiences of another human can elicit anxiety in even the most
experienced practitioner. Navigating the multitude of daily decisions on what it means to ethically market and run your practice on top of that… can be overwhelming for most.

We all have blind spots. And tender spaces within us. And difficulties figuring all of the intricacies that come with building a practice.

This is just a part of the landscape of doing this work.

In the mentorship, alongside other incredible entrepreneurs, we will navigate…

  • How to create a pricing structure that allows you to thrive while also holding the complexities of capitalism.

  • How to hold resentment, frustration, and inadequacy that comes up around scheduling, pricing, marketing and creating programs.

  • How to address burn out and compassion fatigue.

  • How to increase your capacity to be with all of the unknowns of entrepreneurship.

  • How to set your marketing apart from the rest, allowing you to build a niche that feels authentic and exciting.

  • How to hold nuance and complexity to what your clients are sharing with you and wanting from you. Trauma-informed care is a necessity.

  • How to build courses and programs that transform, that sell, that feel good.

  • When to hire, how to hire, and how to build a team that is inspired and productive.

  • All of the underlying beliefs that keep us from showing up the way we crave in our business and our work.

Since I started working with Thaís, I made over six figures in my first year going full time in my coaching business While it’s not really about the money, the money is a great illustration of the confidence, competence and care I cultivated because of this container.

what sets this mentorship apart is that we will not only address the business aspects of your practice but also the healing aspect.

Throughout our time together we will…

…review your client’s difficulties (confidentially of course), unpack how you are supporting them, and explore where you are feeling stuck, both with the relationship and within yourself. This looks like the following:

Expand Capacity

  • Learn how to unpack and explore the inevitable anxiety that comes up as you support your clients.

  • Discover how to use the relationship to examine your own shadow self and deepen your healing.

  • Overcome the fears of moving away from the templates and find confidence in your own intuitive power.

  • Have a space to express frustrations and areas of stuckness. There is no shame in being human.

  • Create strong boundaries between you, your clients and your business.

  • Feel not so alone on the journey of holding space for other people and the inevitable feelings that arise.

  • Feel comfortable in your own limitations and knowledge of when to refer your client to higher levels of care.

  • Learn how to prevent burnout and increase ability to self-care so that you can feel fulfilled and excited about this work.

  • Heal the worthiness wound as it relates to your work so you can stand out as an expert in the field. Having expertise and results are definitely helpful when it comes to charging what you need to thrive off of this work.

Cultivate Skills

  • Find your unique methodology and voice which translates to greater brand confidence and ability to market your services.

  • Opportunity to ask questions about how to integrate practices and tools into your work.

  • Know how to hold space for trauma as it comes up, including the signs that it may be there even if the client is unaware.

  • Learn how to use the relationship as a catalyst for change for the client.

  • Unpack ethical dilemmas and best business practices for a sustainable practice.

  • Expand your ability to truly listen and use that listening as a transformative agent for your clients.

  • Strengthen your knowledge of somatic healing, shadow work, attachment theory, and developmental psychology and how to apply it in a trauma informed way.

  • Understand how to structure the session, slow the client down and support clients get to the root of the issue through deeper healing work.

  • How to navigate resistance, difficult conversations and uncertainty as it comes up in the work.

  • Learn how to create a supportive, inclusive environment for your clients.

Through this work with Thaís, I am gaining better insight on how to process with my clients as well as my own internal processing. I have yet to have conversations and support like this in the coaching industry. This type of work is not only valuable but foundational and so needed.

  • want to add a trauma-informed, depth oriented lens to their work.

  • want to make a sustainable, consistent income while building an ethical and responsible business grounded in what works.

  • crave a type of professional development that is catered to their specific challenges. There are no templates here.

  • used to be therapists and now want professional companionship and support in their coaching practice too.

  • are experiencing burnout and want a fresh pair of eyes on their marketing and their work in order to get new ideas for how to move forward.

  • have been doing this work for years and want to be supported in taking it to the next level of depth and mastery.

  • are considering graduate school for psychology and want to dip their toes into doing depth work before taking that leap.

  • want to learn how to use the relationship and their own experience in the relationship to deepen the healing.

  • doesn’t want to do it alone and seeks to normalize getting support and feeling nourished in that support.

  • have a hard time with boundaries and tends to take the effectiveness of their work personally which interferes with how they market and talk about their work.

Hi, I am Thaís

and I am an edge-dweller.

As a depth coach since 2010 and a psychotherapist with a focus on trauma, I walk the edges between the coaching and therapy world.

What I have found is that while there is a lot of emphasis in the coaching industry around business building, there is little guidance for coaches who want to build their business AND take their work deeper than the worksheets and basic questions offered in coaching certification programs. We often have to pick one and since we want to make money, we find that we have to sacrifice expanding our coaching skillset in order to focus on the business… which then leads us to feeling like a fraud and inadequate when it comes to actually doing what we are getting paid to do. And on the flip side, there is so much emphasis in the mental health space on the work and so little on building a sustainable private practice.

We don’t have to choose either business or skillset. We can do both. And actually, I have found that doing both was instrumental to my success.

Being a master healer means developing the right relationship with the work that you are doing. Nuances matter. Being trauma informed matters. Understanding the delicate dance you are engaging in by taking your client deeper within themselves matters.

And, building a business that makes money matters. Marketing in a way that feels good to you matters. Setting yourself up for ethical, sustainable success matters.

Mentorship with me is akin to clinical supervision in other healing professions. Supervision in this context is not about having a boss. It’s also not a place where you will be trained to work like me. Rather, this is about getting on the ground support so you can offer profound healing to your clients in a responsible and powerful way AND build a practice that lasts. I know you are not here to be a passing fad.

There is nothing like this being offered in this industry right now where you get a unique opportunity to become a highly attuned and powerful healer with the support of someone with a background in coaching and therapy. I am thrilled to support you in this way.

There is something very intimate about letting someone into your Business and healing work.

After doing it alone all of these years with just your clients knowing how you show up… it can be intimidating to let someone into the process.

What if they tell you that you have been doing it wrong?

What if they judge you or criticize you?

What if they try to change your style?

Trust me, I get it. And, that’s not what this mentorship is about. I am not here to tell you what to do. What I am here to do is to offer you a space with other like-minded entrepreneurs so you can find the best way forward for you, in complete integrity with your style and approach.

This is about fine tuning your business so you can be even more masterful as a healer and leader.

I cannot think of a greater gift you can give yourself, your business, and your clients.

I thought it would take me years to make the income I made six months into working with Thaís. So much of it is because I feel like I don’t have to hold all of the hard stuff that comes up in my business by myself. Getting support allows me to support others in such a better way.
