My story is one of worth and belonging.

I was born in Sāo Paulo, Brasil and immigrated to the United States as a child. This massive transition set the foundation for my mind to be filled with questions about belonging and identity. Ever since I could remember I longed to know the meaning of life and my place in it.

For the first 10 years of my career, as a yoga teacher and somatic-focused coach, I was particularly interested in teaching tools to develop radical self-acceptance and create soft inner spaces for people to land. As I grew my practice, I supported hundreds of women navigate the intricacies of people pleasing, perfectionism, and the worthiness wound®.

Over time, I became curious how trauma and societal/familial conditioning functioned to keep parts of ourselves out of our own awareness. Often, we stay stuck in entrenched patterns because there is so much of our internal world that is unknown to ourselves. I went back to school to get my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on trauma and depth psychology. It was there that my love and respect for psychoanalytic therapy grew.

Now I bring everything I know to support humans in their own unfolding story. I continue to be wildly curious about both the macro and the micro with an emphasis on emotions and relationships, worthiness and belonging, and the ways relational healing can catalyze us into new ways of being we didn’t even think was possible.

I like trying to answer unanswerable questions.

I like cultivating space where we avoid overly-simplistic answers and instead navigate the complex waters of what it means to be human, together.

And I like bringing language to what has been unspeakable so we can become more of who we were born to be.

Honored to be on this path with you.

Healing is hard work.

And it doesn’t always feel good.

But if we tenderly explore and get curious at what is hurting, we will find so much possibility... including a self that is bigger and more expansive than we ever thought possible. We will find a life that is intimately ours.

And that is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. That is what I am here to hold with you. You don’t have to do this alone.
