Every day in the life of Thais is a blend of hot mess and badass.
And that is a cold hard fact.
I am not going to sugar coat it because this is the life of a leader on a mission.
And anyone who tells you differently is flat out lying.
Cause here's the truth of all truths - there is no solid way to do this. To do life. To say yes. To go big.
There is no "right way" to create a movement.
There is no "right way" to connect to the divine within you.
There is no "right way" to eat healthily.
There is no "right way" to lead a powerful life.
Do not believe others when they tell that only if you do it THEIR WAY will get instant success.
Because not only does success look differently to different people, but what may work for one person may not work for you.
The only caveat I will add is DO notice how willing they are to put themselves out there, to take the risk they do, and to position themselves the way they do.
None of that coincidence. They found something that works because they tried a million things that didn't.
At the end of the day, though, the only one who can promise you the world is yourself.
And the way you're going to find success, no matter WHAT it looks like to you, is to do. To go for it. To learn. To make mistakes. And to get back up.
It is not inspiration that creates millionaires. It's a discipline and commitment to their vision. To doing. To learning as they go. To bringing on support.
And that means you're going to make mistakes. It's an inevitable part of the journey. There are moments I have no idea what I am doing. But I have come to the point where I am ok with it. I am willing to do it imperfectly. Because imperfect is better than paralysis.
I am completely fine being a hot mess. Because at least it means I am growing. I prefer risking being a hot mess than working for someone else playing it safe.
I prefer the crazy, messy, exciting, scary, risky, unlimited, creative... to the safe, secure, template-y, perfect, cookie cutter, like everyone else sort of life.
And here's the big secret no one tells you - only when we can risk being a hot mess, can we step into being a badass.
So when it comes to running a business you adore and doing it differently than anyone else, embrace the mess. Mess it up beautifully. And stop attaching your Ego to the process.
It always looks messy in the middle.
This is why I don't tell my clients how to run their lives/career. I don't know what's best for them. I don't know what will work for them. I DO know that they have everything they need to succeed. I DO know how to get dirty with them so they create a masterpiece that they are proud of. I do know that with the right mentorship and coaching, they will bring that inner knowing into outer brilliance.
During any given week, I not only coach my clients, but I am constantly coaching myself. Whether it's fear, striving for perfection, saying no to collabs in order to say yes to focus, self-judgement, etc. This is simply what it looks like. And I want to share this today because I know that many of you think that it has to look perfect. That if you're feeling messy, you're doing it wrong. You're not. You're doing it amazingly.
So for the love of chocolate chip cookies, give yourself a break.
Your life should be a representation of your highest most badass self. Not the perfect you, but the messy bright-eyed you.
Don't get confused, love. An effortless business and life is a messy process with no shortcuts. Success takes crazy, passionate people who believe they can change the world. This is not the path of the weak. This IS the path of bold greatness.
Stay connected to your vision, bring on the best support team you can, and get intimate with your life. Get IN there. It's the least you can do to serve your inner creative.
To your worth,
