I am not an angry person, but there have definitely been moments where I feel indignant, upset + frustrated at certain people and/or situations. Most of the times all I have to do is take a breather and I am good to go. But sometimes.. oh man sometimes I am just TRIGGERED.

I am not afraid to admit that there are many moments in my life where it is very difficult for me to get back to what is Real as opposed to believing the fear-based illusions that my mind creates. When we are filled with powerful emotions, we forget who we are, we forget what we want, we forget love and grace. And that's ok. Our minds are programmed to be triggered. It's a defense mechanism. However, if you want to truly lead from a powerful place, it is important to create tools in your life that will help you get this. This tool has absolutely helped me to open my heart back up even the tiniest bit to the present. All that is needed is a subtle shift for us to come back to love.
Creating a daily mantra can absolutely shift your perspective when the situation gets heated.
