As someone who has obsessed with spiritual psychology for as long as I can remember, I take special interest in tools and things that we can do to bring our knowledge of what we "should" do from our minds into our hearts.
Because there is a big difference between knowing you should do something, and just doing it.
That difference is the size of a broken relationship. A ruined financial outlook. A lost job. An unrepairable relationship.
Clearly, implementing what we learn and infusing our knowledge into our daily lives is important.
The BEST way to do this, of course, is developing a consistent meditation practice. But sometimes, it can be hard to do that. Especially when we feel like our mind is our worst enemy.
So here's a tip for you who want to ease your way into meditation.
And if you're totally good with your meditation practice but want to kick it up a notch, you're in luck cause this is for you too.
I once heard that the word "ritual" is derived from the sanskrit word rtu which means any act of magic towards a purpose. I like that very much.
May you infuse many sacred rituals into your daily activities. I know peace and gratitude will naturally flow from it.
To your worth,
